CLS Management Committee

Community Lifestyle Support Inc. is overseen by a dedicated management committee who meet regularly to discuss, monitor and review our:

  • Strategic planning activities and delivery against our priorities
  • Risk management and quality control
  • Succession planning
  • Leadership selection, senior management remuneration and delegations and authorities
  • Management committee performance and governance
  • Financial management and reporting
  • Dispute management; and
  • General reporting

 The Management Committee is happy with the way management and staff run the organisation. We keep a watching brief, give advice at the monthly meetings, and contribute to major decisions, but generally leave staff to get on with things. 

The Committee urges anyone who has a question about a service we deliver or any aspects of the organisation to contact our Chief Executive Officer, Damien Tracey or the Committee directly if you prefer. We want our organisation to be highly professional and a place where clients and staff feel comfortable.

Our Staff

The staff at CLS are caring and client focussed, trained to deliver quality services to our clients and engage with families and carers. Our staff and their quality service delivery is the main reason we are recognized as the leading disability service within the Bundaberg region.
